Well, well, you can't predict what would happen in the future!
When I consider this institution (with the whole of its employers) is something I want to avoid, I learned that I may work together (event though not directly) with it!
Why? Because it has become the partner of my employee. So I've gotta put myself in a neutral position, put on my smiley face and become friendly. I had to shake their hands and sat on the same table with 'em. Goodness........
