Some people is better remain working colleague
I didn't like it because it means I'm not becoming myself who likes to talk and share. But damn! We can't share everything, we can't say even some nice things just because it will create different perception. Silly, eh? Can't I be sincere without creating any prejudice?
I got several conflicts with a colleague of mine, which I didn't bother too much because I didn't want to make a scene. Even though that person said somethings that supposed to hurt my feelings, but I chose not to take it. That person can think whatever she wants (ooopss...., it's a woman), and I'll just be myself. That person should open her eyes and her mind first before judging me. What I needed from her is her to show me how things operate around the office, what's the culture, etc. But no, I had to learn things the hard way, get scolded too. An unprofessional attitude I received from a person who's been working years ahead of me.
Same thing happened when I was in Bangkok last January. My mind was opened again when I saw how my colleagues from different countries acted. Some are friendly, some just minded their own business, some are fierce without reason, lol. My colleague from Philippines is a very nice person. I met her counterpart when I was in Shanghai for the training. He's a good friend too.
Now, a colleague from Singapore office, who's a Phillipino, made some comments about me which I didn't see it coming! She commented on how I'm supposed to be a good manager. Excuse me? We hardly talk during the event, and when we took a short break, she just said that? Unbelievable! Even my direct supervisor didn't complaint about me, and I know if she wants me to do right thing, she'd tell me.
In conclusion, when you work for a big corporation, you can only work there. Most probably, you may not be able to make friends, just because those silly reasons (yeah, I called it silly), and of course it's for the sake of your own safety.

Good career prospect as medical assistant
With the high standard that has been set up by the hospital, I bet the hospital gives a good remuneration package for medical assistant staffs. I can tell from the mobile phones that they use, wow…. They are up-to-date models.
I found out in this new hospital, several of the staffs were coming from other hospital which was also my client. There are hospitals that provide medical assistant schools too. But I don’t think these new hospitals have it.
Well, this is very good news for you who consider becoming medical assistant.

Bored, Stressed, Depressed (June 25, 2006)
Please, it doesn't mean that I'm bored living, no way! The opportunity to change it is out there.
At work, I feel I don't see any significant progress in the projects, not to mention some troubles with clients. I know I have to be patient and persistent dealing with all.
But, seriously.........I'm fed up.
I'm tired, physically and emotionally. I'm tired not having more time with my family, i.e. my dearest sister and my pretty niece. I'm tired not having time for myself, for my personal life (heck, what personal life???? LOL).
I'm tired to always obey to someone, to work under limitations (must not say this actually, because it makes you smart. You think, think, think), to be under someone's control.
I need freedom! I need to rearrange my life. Find what I have missed so far, find what I want to do. Will I be with the company next year? Do I want to be there? How long will I stay there? Will I have my own family soon? Will I get more money? (yeah, finally, the ultimate goal! Hehehe.......)
